Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently not offering international shipping due to the uncertainty with tariffs at the moment. However message me if you really want something and we can see if we can work it out.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Refunds available if your merchandise is damaged/defective, unless it is damaged in transit. In that case, contact the shipper (currently using FedEx) to start a claim.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact me immediately. I'll do my best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

Products

How do I know what size to order?
All shoes are listed in men's sizes even if they are a women's shoe to make sizing standardized. Size guides for the brands being sold are available online. However, I've worn most of these brands so if there is something specific you'd like to know, shoot me an email.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products are from authorized retailers or verified secondary markets (StockX, SNKRDUNK, etc). Authenticity 100% guaranteed or a full refund will be issued.
